    If you are a low-income resident of Miami-Dade County and need assistance with an eviction, you may qualify for free legal help from Miami-Dade County’s Eviction Diversion Program. The time to respond to an eviction summons is short - 5 business days (excluding weekends and legal holidays) - you may want to apply for help here: evictionhelpmiamidade.org or Legal Services of Greater Miami.
